No Insurance? No Problem.
The Lake State Dental Discount Plan is an annual, reduced fee dental plan that allows individuals and families—just like yours—to receive quality dental services at lower prices. The Membership Plan is a great option for those who do not have dental insurance, so you can maintain great oral health at an affordable price.
Your Lake State Dental Discount Plan provides you with two teeth cleanings per year, 4 bitewing X-rays, two examinations, fluoride treatment, and oral cancer screening.
For all other necessary dental services, your membership also includes you a 10% reduction in fees, so long as such fees are paid at the time of service, and you have had a cleaning within the last six months.
